However, if someone comes here and complains about something that is not a bug, and it is obvious that they did not try to find a solution first, then I think it needs to be pointed out to them that they are wrong, and suggest that they do some research first before posting. If the person is receptive, and is asking for help, then I agree with Boubou, and hints are best, so as not to spoil the game. If you read the first post, they were not asking for help or frustrated that they could not find the location, they assumed that it was be a bug, because it is not possible that they did not search every corner.
There are a few others here who think that it is just laziness on the players’ part for not doing any research before posting, and that is it not good to spoon-feed people information and encourage that type of behavior. What they need to be given is direct answers rather than hints to the answers.
